Shipping Details

Free shipping: All orders over €50 qualify for free delivery to your nearest ACS pickup point. For orders under €50, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout.

ACS Pickup Points: ACS operates an extensive network of pickup locations across Cyprus, including Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, and surrounding areas. You can select your preferred ACS point during checkout. Your order will be held at the pickup point for collection.

Home Delivery: If you prefer delivery to your home or office, home delivery is available at an additional charge. Standard home deliveries are completed within 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote areas may be subject to an additional shipping surcharge and may require 1–2 extra working days beyond the standard home delivery timeframe.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your ACS tracking number. You can track your delivery in real time via the ACS website or app.

Subscription Orders: Monthly subscription packages are dispatched automatically on the same date each month. Free shipping to ACS pickup points applies to all subscription orders regardless of order value. You will receive a tracking notification by email with each dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident in every purchase. If you need to return a product, the following policy applies in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations and food supplement safety requirements.

Return Conditions

Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original, sealed, and unopened condition. In compliance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, food supplements that have been unsealed or opened cannot be accepted for return due to health and hygiene safety requirements. This is a standard regulatory requirement across all EU member states for food supplement products.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

1.  Contact our support team at support@longevity.cy within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.

2.  Our team will confirm your return eligibility and provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

3.  Ship the sealed, unopened product(s) back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

4.  Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@longevity.cy with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed

  Products returned after the 14-day return window

  Products not purchased directly from longevity.cy

Subscription Cancellations

You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. Products already dispatched as part of an active subscription are subject to the standard return policy above.
